How to flush away your sadness?


Most people i met found it difficult to forget their worries and frustration. Without a peaceful mind, they would not be not able to think well. Without a happy heart, working might be hindered too.

The best way to forget all your sorrows and unhappiness, try this simple method. Write down all your bad thoughts and negative feelings on a clean piece of paper. Look at them one more time. Immediately tear this one paper into many parts and pieces. Throw them all into the toilet bowl and flush it down. At the same time, speak aggressively aloud to yourself...."Damn you! I will flush you out of my mind." Trust me! It works all the time for me.

For those ladies who are upset when their mates have betrayed them, flush them in the toilet bowl and you would definitely feel much better.
