In this photo, PLEASE read the short caption before looking at the photo.
You'll notice that she didn't care if he was dirty, she didn't care if he smelled like burnt wood, she only knew this man saved her life and she thanked him from her heart the best way she could .
The Kiss.
She is pregnant;
he had just saved her from a fire in her house, rescuing her by carrying her out of the house into her front yard, while he continued to fight the fire.
When he finally got done putting the fire out, he sat down to catch his breath and rest.
A photographer from the Charlotte, North Caroline newspaper, noticed her in the distance looking at the fireman.
He saw her walking straight toward the fireman and wondering what she was going to do.
As he raised his camera, she came up to the tired man who had saved her life and the lives of her babies and kissed him just as the photographer snapped this photograph.

The talking frog.
He looked around and couldn't see any one.
He thought he was dreaming when he heard the voice say again, "Pick me up."
He looked in the water and there, floating on the top, was a frog.
The man said, "Are you talking to me?"
The frog said, "Yes, I'm talking to you. Pick me up then, kiss me and I'll turn into the most beautiful woman you have ever seen . I'll make sure that all your friends are envious and jealous because I will be your bride!"
The man looked at the frog for a short time, reached over, picked it up carefully, and placed it in his front breast pocket.
Then the frog said, "What, are you nuts? Didn't you hear what I said? I said kiss me and I will be your beautiful bride."
He opened his pocket, looked at the frog and said, "Nah, at my age I'd rather have a talking frog."
With age comes wisdom.

Graphology & Physognomy are special skills.
By analyzing a person's writing, a behavioral profile can be determined to gain insight into physical, mental, and emotional states of the writer. Handwriting reveals the essentials of personality and character. Graphology will help you understand your inner being.
Physiognomy is the assessment of a person's character or personality from their outer appearance, especially the face. The term physiognomy can also refer to the general appearance of a person, object or terrain, without reference to its implied characteristics.
Today i had a chance to apply my skill on Graphology and Physiognomy. One of my client AF Lee had intention to propose a partnership insurance for one of his recent business partner. Though i hadn't seen his partner before, i could see his face from the photostat copy of the identification card and his signature over our proposal form Lee brought back to me. Is my nature to understand all my future client, i always take a little effort to see their entire face first, follow by their handwriting and signing. The face and handwriting reveal everything about themselves.
I was smiling and laughing when i saw Lee's partner face. Lee was curious and insisted that i should share my hidden talent. This was what i told my client. I might be wrong but i had a gut strong feeling from his signing, this man is a tricky and sneaky person. However he has a very powerful determination and drive. I reminded Lee, he has to be careful and caution in all dealings with his new found partner. Lee was frank to proclaim i was right.
Lee wanted to know more about how i saw his face. The young man has a long and a big nose. I am sure his penis is equally huge and lengthy. Lee could not control his laugh himself. "Yes! Yes! Yes! He has a big one." And i am sure he is an effective womanizer with many girlfriends.
Life is so funny! The elephant is the biggest animal in the forest but is afraid of the rat, the tiny little one. Rat is scared of the pussy. Without those pussies, all rats and elephants might play havoc. This young man might be cunning and naughty, he needs those wild pussies to tame and control him.
Food for thought - "I think your whole life shows in your face and you should be proud of that.” - Lauren Bacall quotes.

I am a half doctor to my client.
Though i am his attending life insurance agent, i have been his closed friend for many years. As a half doctor on my work, i took up the courage to frighten Wong to seek medical attention immediately. I told directly on his face, "Yes! you might be a big boss to everyone here. You might be rich and powerful, when nobody is brave to raise their voice on you. Not even your wife and only son could overrule you. As i am your best friend i have to tell you...You are sick at the moment and need to see a doctor sooner."
Wong was a little upset at the beginning but i managed to console and convince him to see a specialist for a thorough medical check up, one he hadn't been before. I had fixed the coming Friday, when i would be taking him to the SJ Medical Centre. No way would him missing or avoiding this consultation because i am a half doctor to all my clients. I consider this assistance and help is part of selling life insurance. Unless you truly love this career, you would not walk the extra miles for it.
Do you know - "There is a great difference between worry and concern. A worried person sees a problem, and a concerned person solves a problem" - Harold Stephens quotes

Do u really need to set sales target in selling life insurance?
Today i was asked by one pretty productive agent what is my target sales for 2010. I told her, in my 28 years in selling life insurance, i had never made any forecast achievable. She was stunned! How could it be possible when i had been qualifying The Million Dollars Round Table repeatedly, and yet didn't set target on those sales.
This was my explanation. My mission to sell life insurance is to save lives. My job was to see as many people as possible, especially those early years in this career. In fact, i wasn't selling but rather i was preaching and spreading the word of love. If you love someone, life insurance is the best gift for the loved one. I was touching lives and making them understood the benefits of this miracle product of love. My dreams and desires were to insure as many families, children, mothers and fathers. Though i had not targeted sales as value but i was aiming the number of cases i should be closing. In my early years in this career, i was seeing as many as 50 people a week. My tasks were to befriend and made them like me. Selling wasn't in my mind, until i knew they were very comfortable with my presence. I was closing an average of two cases per week. I did not treat the cases as sales but rather i had found two new families to be my friends. The size of the cases were not important, neither did the small premium bother me. I just love to meet and assist as many people who gave me the chances. I am glad today, i have hundred of families who are my best friends and buddies. This career is no longer a work to me anymore, because i have turned it to be my life long hobby to keep. My mission is make people happy and succeeding in life. In return, this hobby pays me well with unexpected sales which i never have projected in the first place.
How true if you could believe his words - "You can have everything in life that you want if you will just help enough other people get what they want" - Zig Ziglar - Life - Philanthropy.

I am deprived of my most important need!!!
Leelee is married to Sani for more than twenty two years ago. I saw them getting married. The wife is 63 now and the husband is 52. They were happily married until recently when Leelee called to share her sorrow with me. She was crying furiously, saying the man has abandoned her and their 17 years old daughter at home for another younger lady.
