I sell love....................................

It had been quite sometime that I wrote on my blog, and many of my keen readers were concerned about my well being. Tell you my friends, I'm always on top of the world. Just that lately I am extremely busy, never had I been so fully occupied in my entire life. They said when you grow older, you would be less busy and more time for yourself. Not me! I think I'm still growing up, rather than growing old. Growing up is by choice, while growing old is mandatory.

Believe me, this happened recently to me. In one of my dream world's night, I received a call from A Boss of The Universal G.O.D. Corporation. Out of the million candidates, HE had chosen me to be a recognised Rep for his corporation. The qualified candidate has to have experienced the "Good & Bad" of our earthly lives. A simple person, not rich, not poor either but have all the fun and humour in him. His heart has to be pure and sincere, and the mind must be willing to give unconditionally. It took HIM sixty five years to endorse my qualification.

On the phone, The Boss who spoke so sweet and blissful, melted my heart when HE gracefully announced my appointment with The Universal G.O.D Corporation. As a Rep I am allowed to sell one of their unique product. There is no basic or any financial return of any kind while selling this product but I know the benefits will be tremendous. The product is L.O.V.E. and I have to sell it without discrimination and prejudice, no colour bar, race or faith.

Lately as A Rep for the corporation, I had been moving around acting as counsellor, preacher of love, fun maker, horoscope and palm reader, graphologist, motivator and guest speaker, fund raiser, fate healer, match maker, job seeker for others, entertainer and actor. Most important of all as a father or brother to whoever I met, when I could sell my miracle product, L.O.V.E. to them.

How I wish one day is 48 hours and not 24.

BTW.... If you need my product, please don't hesitate to let me know. I'm just one call or email away. Forgotten to tell you guys, my product is free.

Be Generous.......................................

A thought worth sharing.......

A rich man once asked his priest, "Why does everybody call me stingy when everyone knows that when I die I will leave everything I have to this temple?"

The priest said: "There once was a pig and a cow. The pig was unpopular and the cow was loved by all in the village. This puzzled the pig.

The pig said to the cow: ‘People speak warmly of your good nature and your helpful attitude. They think you are very generous because each day you give them milk, butter and cheese. But how about me? I give them everything I have. I give them the famous sausages, bacon and ham i.e. my entire body. Yet no one likes me. Why is that?’

The priest continued: "Do you know what the cow answered?

The cow said, 'Perhaps it is because I give while I am still living.'

Sometimes the greatness of a man can be measured not so much by what he does, as by what he doesn't do.

The Cockroach Theory For Self-Development.....

Is worth sharing, read on please.....

At a restaurant, a cockroach suddenly flew from somewhere and sat on a lady. She started screaming out of fear. With a panic  stricken face  and trembling voice, she started jumping, with both her hands desperately trying to get rid of the cockroach.
Her reaction was contagious, as everyone  in her group also got panicky.  The lady  finally managed to push the cockroach away but ...it  landed on  another lady in the group.
Now, it was the turn of the other lady in the group to continue the drama.
The waiter rushed forward to their rescue. In the relay of  throwing, the cockroach next fell upon the waiter.
The waiter stood firm, composed himself and observed the behaviour of the cockroach on his shirt. When he was confident enough, he grabbed it with his fingers and threw it out of the restaurant.
Sipping my coffee and watching the amusement, the antenna of my mind picked up a few thoughts and started wondering, was the cockroach responsible for their histrionic behaviour? If so, then why was the waiter not disturbed? He handled it  near to perfection, without any chaos.
It is not the cockroach, but the inability of the ladies to handle the  disturbance caused by the cockroach that disturbed the ladies.
I realized that, it is not the shouting of my father or my boss or my wife  that disturbs me, but it's my inability to handle the  disturbances caused by their shouting that disturbs me.
It's not the traffic jams on the road that disturbs me, but my inability to handle the disturbance caused by the traffic jam that disturbs me.
More than the problem, it's my reaction to the problem that  creates chaos in my life.
Lessons learnt from the story:

I understood, I should not react in life.
I should always respond.

The women reacted, whereas the waiter responded.
Reactions are  always instinctive whereas responses are always well  thought of, and likely to be just right to save a situation from going  out of hand, to avoid cracks in relationship, to  avoid making decisions in anger, anxiety, stress or in a hurry.

What's love............

Something worth knowing.....

During the mating season, the female sits on a nesting ring while the males searches the entire beach for the pebbles looking for the smoothest one to present to their chosen female.

Once a pebble has been selected, the male penguins presents the pebble as a token of love to the chosen female and if she takes the pebble and places it on her nest then she has accepted that penguin as her mate.

Love quotes... "Love is not about how much you say, 'I Love You' but how much you prove that its true".

Test how fast is your right brain............

THE  TRICK: FIND THE MAN IN THE COFFEE BEANS: This is  bizarre - after you find the guy - it's so  obvious. Once you  find him - it's embarrassing, and you  think, 'Why didn't I see him immediately?'

Doctors  have concluded that if you find the man in the coffee beans in 3 seconds, the right half of  your brain is better developed than most people. If  you find the man between 3 seconds and 1 minute,  the right half of the brain is developed normally.  If you find the man between 1 minute and 3 minutes,  then the right half of your brain is functioning  slowly and you need to eat more protein. If  you have not found the man after 3 minutes, the  advice is to look for more of this type of exercise  to make that part of the brain stronger!!!

And,  yes, the man is really there!!

Are you a good son???

Well! Seemed everyone isn't interested to live right up to 100, I might as well skip the subject for the time being. Yesterday while reading the paper, a piece of news really saddened me. The title was.... "Dying mum parts with last words on son who assaulted her: I will be back to haunt him."

You must read the rest here....

KUALA LUMPUR: A mother swore on her deathbed to never forgive her eldest son for killing her.
“She said she would come back to haunt him as a ghost,” said the woman's husband, who declined to be named.
The woman, identified as Liew, 59, died two days after she was beaten up by her 40-year-old son on Friday.
Although Liew and her son lived in the same house in Semenyih, they had a strained relationship.
Her jobless son would always ask for money from her and this often led to quarrels.
However, the argument that ended Liew's life was over something as trivial as air-conditioning.
He came home drunk at midnight and scolded his mother over the air-conditioning.
It is learnt that Liew lost her temper and caned her son who retaliated by pushing his mother to the floor and hitting her.
Liew managed to crawl back into her room and telephoned her daughter to take her to the hospital.
She was initially admitted to the Kajang Hospital, but her injuries were so severe that she was later transferred to Hospital Kuala Lumpur.
She fell into a coma and died on Sunday.
Her son has since gone into hiding.
Kajang Deputy OCPD Supt Azman Ayob said the post-mortem showed that Liew died from blunt force trauma.
“The case is being investigated as murder and we are looking for the son,” he said.

Oh my God! Is happening right at my City. How could the son killed his own mother?

Please look at these two pictures. As they said, a picture is better than a thousand words. I wonder how many young man of today would still walk with his father to play games or how caring would be the grown up sons of today who are prepared to wash their ageing mother's legs. You tell me please?

Famous proverb - "When a father gives to his son, both laugh; when a son gives to his father, both cry"  ~William Shakespeare

How to live up to 100 years old... continue

Sorry everyone, especially Teamama for being so patience in waiting for my unfinished story. Usually every Friday, I would disappear with my little darling to distress ourselves. Is also one way to live longer, especially if one has exceeded the young age of 60. I'm already 66 and surely I cannot be working everyday without some fun towards the weekend. Now I'm back and ready to speak my mind.

The last sentence I wrote was... I began to feel a little uneasy because 'The April 2013' was really bothering me. That was the last month the astrologer wrote on my exercise book, which I'm still keeping till today. I could still remember he said that there are nothing more to read after that. So! Imagine when I was at 50, looking at The Year 2013 was really not pleasant. What Teamama said of me as I am a very imagination person is true. I had a choice then to think happy or sad. If I kept thinking of that prediction was going to be true, I might feel sad. Using my creative thought, I told myself that I had to prove the prediction was going to be wrong. In order to work on it, I had to revert my faith and destiny. I could not let what The Astrologer said about my happening and life to come true. I had to change my character and personality. My heart and mind also had to be adjusted to feel differently.

When I was in the twenties and thirties, it was easy to learn from the many successful friends ahead of my age. I used to have many mentors who were in their forties and fifties who were teaching and guiding me to do well in life. But when I reached fifty, those who were in the sixties and above, were almost half dead or lifeless. They could be successful in their business and career, but by the time they touched 60, most of them lost their drive and energy in life. One of the main reason was ageing. They could be strong minded but with the many past years of neglecting their health and abusing it, many who had reached 60 became unhealthy and unproductive any more. I went around the coffee shops in the evening, I saw those bunch of old folks sipping tea and coffee, when they could only talk grand mother stories, while they were waiting for the dying day to come. Looking at them, I knew I would not get any tips and advices to live beyond 65 happily. At the gym in my club, I could hardly see any 60 and above members who were friendly and in tip top physical condition. Only a few would just ride on the bicycle leisurely for excising. Looking at all these senior veterans when I was 50 then, I told and reminded myself I would not be like them when I reached their age later. So! I had to learn and develop my way differently.

The first thing I realised when one is getting older, he or she tends to become more serious in character. The older they are the worst they become. The seriousness make them more prideful, less friendly, unapproachable and easily get angry. If you are one reader who are still young, you might not realise it yet. Or perhaps you might agree with me, is not easy to reach up to those old uncles or aunties that you have. They seldom come to you and you are also afraid to talk nonsense with them. Right? And to those readers now, who are like my age might agree with me that you might be too prideful to approach the younger generation too. Even you might have the opportunity to speak with younger people, you might speak with authority and seriousness with them.

The above is one typical observation I could analyse in the ageing process of most people. I told myself I would avoid it at all costs. From a soft spoken man I was, I began to open up more freely. The constant collection of quotes and proverbs, allowed me to speak with confidence.I added humour and naughtiness in all my sharing, especially interacting with those who were younger than me. I didn't wait for the younger people to speak first, but rather I was the first to touch their mind and later bonded them through their heart. The mixing with those who were younger than me, made me feel young as well. I didn't realise my charisma had also attracted many dears and darlings along the way. Yes! The young men gave me the youthfulness that inspired me, while those beautiful ladies made my heart so young too. With these energies and forces surrounding me, I gradually could feel enlighten with a light heart and my mind was constantly feeling happy and wonderful. This proverb is so true; "A Happy Heart Sees A Beautiful World."

Well! I have not finished yet. May you guys allow me to continue again later? Is getting late and tomorrow is another great day ahead. Remember, blogging is a two ways affair. I can express my mind but is also good if  you can share your thought with me too. Okay?
