Marriage humour...

A man placed some flowers on the grave of his dearly
parted mother and started back toward his car when his attention was
diverted to another man kneeling at a grave. The man seemed to be
praying with profound intensity and kept repeating, 'Why did u have to
die? Why did you have to die?" The first man approached him and said,
"Sir, I don't wish to interfere with your private grief, but this
demonstration of pain is more than I've ever seen before.
For whom do you mourn so? Deeply? A child? A parent?"
The mourner took a moment to collect himself, then replied
"My wife's first husband."

They said - "Love is blind but marriage is an eye-opener".

Great Feminine Ladies don't bargain

One keen reader wrote about shopping....
Adel said...
Some ladies don't bargain. It's either they fear about their reputation or they are introvert. They feel bargaining is kinda being in fish market. Introvert ladies whom are the 'strict feminine' type believes in four rules,'eat like a lady, sit like a lady, walk like a lady and talk like a lady'. They think bargaining is like talking loud like guy and getting what you want in the end. Well, I studied in Convent school, and my principal always stress on the four rules. So, most of us are not good enough in bargaining:)

She must be right - "I think a woman gets more if she acts feminine" - Nancy Reagan quote.
What say you my dear Adel?

Man, child and the camel

A man, his son and their camel are crossing the desert. Both father and son were pulling the animal along. As they reached the first village, some one said, "Why don't the man sit on the camel and let the son being young to walk the animal?" Without hesitation, the father climbed to sit and let the son to pull the animal instead.

As they reached the second village, another stranger cried, "Poor little boy! The father should walk and the child should be sitting on the animal". Immediately the older man came down and let his son to sit on the animal now.

When they reached the third village, some folks told them, "Camel is strong to take both man and child. Why walk when both can ride along on the animal". Accepting their idea, they both climbed on their camel quickly to continue the journey.

Turning to the fourth village they were scolded by the entire villagers. They said, "Don't you have brain! You both enjoy sitting on top of the pitiful animal while she has to walk for miles. Don't you have heart for the tired camel". Both father and son were at lost. They didn't know who they should listen to now.

Moral of the story: Have your own eyes and ears. Don't let others to dictate your thought.

Ladies like bargaining in shopping.

Shirley is one my Philippine's relative. A great grand lady of 72 years young, who likes shopping as her hobby. During the Xmas she was on holiday in Shanghai visiting my son, and currently she is staying in Singapore where her daughter stays. She is away from Manila for more than a month and yet not bored. Perhaps after the Chinese New Year she might go back to her own home.

On the phone I chatted with her. Tell me what makes your holiday interesting. She wasn't shy to say.. Shopping  keeps me alive. I love shopping in Singapore, China and Malaysia, the places where are I could bargain my purchases. Each time when I shop, I'm thrilled to bargain for the price that suits my taste and satisfaction. One has to be skillful and experience in bargaining. You need to know the qualities and values of the products before you could negotiate for the right prices. You have to be witty and confidence with those sales promoters. You have to be patience and choosy before agreeing to the final pricing. The bottom line is to be the winner. Buy the lowest price with the highest value.

Wow! See! Ladies are always greater shoppers than men. I don't think I could be like Shirley who finds bargaining as exciting and interesting. I paid what they asked for, cause I feel shameful to ask for the discount. For the gentlemen who read..  Would you agree with me?

This is true fact... "Shopping is a woman thing.  It's a contact sport like football.  Women enjoy the scrimmage, the noisy crowds, the danger of being trampled to death, and the ecstasy of the purchase" ~ Erma Bombeck

I'm a Graphologist....

Graphology is the pseudo scientific study and analysis of handwriting, especially in relation to human psychology. I'm a freelance graphologist who likes reading all my friends writings, signatures and picture drawings.

Recently one of my friend Cherry who visited Japan where she met a wonderful Japanese male friend. He seems interested in her. Cherry was head over heel for this lovable man. Unsure whether he is for her, she seek my advice. Though I haven't met this charming gentleman, I suggested Cherry to request the Japanese friend to draw five images of the following; human, rabbit, bridge, walking stick and a key. Is up to him to lay these five pictures in any dimension he likes.

I received Cherry email.
My dear robert this is the pic from the guy that I met in japan!
It's a nice pic..
Plz explain the meaning to me..
Thanks.

Immediately I translated his drawing (The Picture posted today) into thought and words...
Hi My Dear Cherry,
He drew it beautifully with his thought. He is telling you...he is a responsible person cause he is holding the walking stick. Together his left hand, he holds the rabbit which represents you. Don't forget rabbit is love. The key indicates money and success. The rabbit is also holding the key. He wants to share his love and success with you. Walking towards the bridge with the door at the front, is like telling you, he wants you to be his life's partner. Haha! Got it my dear.

Cherry was amazed with that interpretation. Believe it or not, Graphology works correctly all the time for me. Try me if you can...

I love my babies

Babies are the cutest things in the world. They melt our heart and ease our mind. Just that when we had ours, we never know how to appreciate them and enjoy every moment of their growing. Today all my babies have grown to be adult who in turn are making their own babies now too. I pray they would not take for granted as what I had experienced before. Have fun with babies, just like the above couple who cherish theirs in such marvellous mood.

To me - "A new baby is like the beginning of all things, hope, a dream of possibilities".

Not so smart a husband....

Can this happened to you guys?

Woman buys a new sim card, puts it in her phone and decides to surprise her husband who is seated on the couch in the living room.

She goes to the kitchen, calls her Husband with the new number: "Hello Darling"
The husband responds in a low tone:

"Let me call u back later honey, the dumb woman is in the kitchen.
