Frequent Question: My clients and prospects didn't return my calls, should I asked them when I next meet them?

Answer: Never! Don't ever ask because either ways, they might not tell you the truth. Why make things difficult for them, especially if is a negative reason which might hurt their feeling. The best way is to sense it yourself by their body language. A responsible person who is genuine and forgotten to call, would be apologetic and frank to explain. While an irresponsible person is the least be bother to reveal his reason. So be careful whom you are dealing with, especially with the irresponsible prospects who might turn out to be bad customers.

Whenever I get no response from my clients, I would attempt the reverse psychology by sending a fun text message. Try this... "My great friend there must be busy. Busy people are always successful who could make the millions. If you strike the jackpot, please allow me to insure you with the first million. Deal?" With this humourous sms, they enjoyed coming back to me again with a laugh.
