What is the most blessed prayer?

When I was a small child, I used to see my mother prayed. Being a Taoist herself, she worshipped the Heavenly God and many other idols. I could hear her seeking for favours, luck and many other blessings while praying. I thought life was easy! If you don't have luck, just ask and God would give them to you. On the hand, I saw many poor families and their children were deprived of going to school. I was wondering why God wasn't helping them. Or was it, they didn't know how to ask God for favours! Mum didn't explained either.

After walking the many years of life, meeting the uncountable amount of people, learning all the religious texts available and experiencing those unforgettable obstacles of life, today, I believe the most blessed prayers are those from people who pray for you. Not the prayers you speak to God. You might be very religious, extremely holy and never miss a single prayer for the day, you still can't challenge those blessed prayers that others are sincerely praying for you.

Well! Why should others be praying for you? Simple! If you are really a kind hearted person, helping people unconditionally, generous and a willing giver, you bound to be loved by many. When you have touched the heart and soul of others, these friends would naturally be thinking and praying for you silently without you even knowing. Immaterial of what faith and belief they belong to, their sincere prayers for you are the most blessed one. This blessing is a form of divine energy and force, which would protect and shield you from evil and the unknown. Though I'm not a religious person, I believe I have benefited from my surrounding. Thanks God! I have wonderful friends and worldwide readers who are positively energising me... In Prayers from them.

Thank you for the sensible critique. Me and my friend were just preparing to do a little research on this. We got a book from our area library but I think I learned more from this post. I am very glad to see such magnificent information being shared freely out there.. learn more
