More sales! You have to see more people.


Selling tips....

One of my fellow colleague asked, "I'm not closing cases.What shall I do?"

In my 43 years of selling, there was no month that passed without a sale being closed. I could have been sick but for sure i was not ill for more than a month, or i could have gone for a holiday but i still made sure to have some sales closed before the trip.

The only time when there is no sales is when the salesperson isn't working. To me working is to see people, whether are friends or strangers. No super sales agent could do well if they are not allowed to see prospects or clients. Sales could only be created if you see someone face to face. I don't care how unskillful a salesperson is, as long as that person is prepared to meet and talk with someone outside, the chances are he would still be able to make some sales in the end.

I have had sales for the past 43 x 12 (516 months) because I love talking and selling allows me to talk endlessly. To that lady agent who asked, "I'm not closing cases. What shall I do?".... I believe you are not seeing people and that is the reason why you have no sales. You should go out and have fun to see people. Don't just think of selling when you meet others, try to listen and understand the people you are going to meet. Believe me! When you are prepared to offer your patience ears and thoughtful mind, sales would come your way automatically.
