The definition of exercise.......

Over a casual discussion with some male friends, this question was raised... "What is the definition of exercising?" When my turn came, I told them this.. "According to The International World Health Body, it confirmed that as long as one moves vigorously his physical, with the heart beats until one sweats and with at least 20 minutes of intense movement. This is exercise".

Brisk walking isn't considered as real exercise because the heart doesn't beat fast enough. Surprisingly love making is defined as exercise, especially when both parties are on a marathon run for more than 20 minutes, with heavy sweating and pumping.

All my friends were delighted to the definition but some were frank to admit that they couldn't last more than 20 minutes and their heart were not beating fast either. In order to enlighten them further, they promised to pay for the extra drinks and meals.

This was what I told them. All sportsmen have to be trained in order to be good in their games or sports. They have to constantly run to build up stamina and they have to carry weight to build up strength. A lot of practises to develop skill and tactic before the actual tournaments. On the day when they perform for the final, they spend a couple of minutes for warming up before they start the challenge. So Gentlemen!  For the marathon run  on bed (Love making), you too have to train to be fit before you could last. Otherwise that run for less than 20 minutes isn't considered as exercise then. Please remember the warming up before climbing up on bed.

Food for thought - "Those who think they have no time for bodily exercise will sooner or later have to find time for illness" ~ Edward Stanley

Hi Raj,

Thank you for your concern. I pump iron and run three times a week to stay fit with my manhood.
