Thanks God! The cartoon speaks it all. I am not there yet and I don't think I would, as long as I feel young. To be young one has to be courageous, always active in mind and body, never say to retire or say you are old, mix freely with the younger people and talk to their tone and language, exercise regularly, think positively with a broad mind, and don't give up sex until the end of life.

I'm just happy that he doesn't look to himself as an "old" person. Age is just a number, but living life is a state of mind. Keeping living and your age will never matter.

I have forgotten my IC age. My heart felt age was 36 last year, this year I have turned 35.
Dear Robert,
We cant do anything much about our aging bodies, but the MIND is a powerful source to over-rule that body. Keep that energetic mind working we love you bro.
